1. The reception and registration areas will be designed and adapted to the situation. Larger passageways, distance between reception counters, etc. The only access to the exhibition shall be from Zone C. The only exit from the exhibition shall be from Zone B
  2. The corridors will be enlarged by an additional one (1) meter. They will be 4 m wide to improve the flow of people.
  3. The exhibition curator’s office will be larger and isolated in a large space in order to respect social distancing.
  4. The common areas will be disinfected using a bio-process based on hydrogen peroxide and silver ions the day before the exhibition opens (restaurant, TV set, workshops room, restroom…).
  5. An hourly reminder on the need to comply with prevention measures and barrier gestures will be broadcast on large screens.
  6. Totems equipped with hydro-alcoholic gel dispensers will be set up at various points of the exhibition. Exhibitors shall have hydro-alcoholic gel dispensers permanently available on their stands both for their teams and visitors.
  7. At the reception desk, each visitor will be offered a mask by our hostesses. All participants shall have to wear a face mask at all times.
  8. The frequency of waste removal will be increased to ensure a healthy environment at all times.
